Ask for the scope in writing
If a company cannot tell you exactly which surfaces are included, the quote cannot be compared to anyone else's and disputes become inevitable.
Twenty-four questions covering pricing structure, scheduling, products, access, insurance and guarantees. If yours is not here, call us and we will answer it directly.

Seven categories, twenty-four answers. Everything below reflects how we really operate in San Pablo and the surrounding cities — including the parts other companies leave vague.
Prime Clean Solutions is independently owned and operated out of San Pablo. There is no corporate call center between you and the people cleaning your property, which is why the phone number on this site reaches someone who can actually change your schedule. It also means our standards are ours to set and ours to enforce.
We have been operating for 6+ years and have completed more than 100 residential, commercial and specialty projects. Most of that work has been inside our 45-city service area centred on San Pablo, which is long enough to know the housing stock, the water quality and the seasonal problems here.
Yes, and they are run as separate service lines with separate checklists. Residential work is scheduled around families and access; commercial work is scoped around opening hours, compliance and consumables. A few clients use us for both, which we quote as one plan.
Homes under roughly 2,000 square feet are usually handled by two technicians. Larger homes, deep cleans and post-construction jobs get three or four so the work finishes in a single visit. Commercial scopes are staffed to the square footage and the window we have available.
Cost depends on square footage, number of bathrooms, condition and frequency, so any number quoted before a walkthrough is a guess. What we can promise is the structure: one flat figure for the defined scope, add-ons priced individually, and no hourly meter. Recurring visits price lower per visit than one-time work because the property stays at a known baseline.
No. Recurring plans are month to month and you can pause, change frequency or stop with reasonable notice. Commercial accounts sometimes use a written service agreement for procurement reasons, but it exists to define the scope, not to lock you in.
Cash, all major credit and debit cards, and bank transfer. Residential invoices are typically due on completion, while commercial accounts are billed monthly with standard terms. We send every invoice itemized against the checklist so you can see what you paid for.
Not as a rule. Pet hair on upholstery and heavy shedding in carpeted areas can add time, and if that applies we will call it out in the original quote rather than adding it later. Tell us about your animals when you book so we can plan tools and, if needed, allergy-conscious products.
One to two weeks is comfortable for a first deep clean, and recurring visits are locked into a standing slot after that. We keep part of each week open for move-outs and genuine time-sensitive work, so call even when the timeline looks tight.
Give us 24 hours and there is no charge. Inside that window we ask for as much notice as you can manage, because the crew and the drive are already committed. Recurring clients can shift a visit within the same week at no cost.
Whatever you are comfortable with: lockbox, garage code, key handoff, or you letting us in. Access details are stored with restricted internal access, shared only with your assigned crew, and destroyed when service ends. Commercial keys and fobs are signed in and out.
That is the design of our team model. You are assigned a small crew that keeps your property on their route, so they learn your preferences and notice changes. Vacation and illness happen, and when they do we brief the substitute from your written notes.
You do not need to clean, but clearing personal items from counters, floors and beds lets us spend the visit on actual cleaning rather than sorting your belongings. If you would rather we organize as we go, say so and we will add it to the scope.
Interiors are add-ons rather than default line items, because they add real time and not everyone wants them every visit. They are almost always included in deep cleans and move-outs. For recurring service, many clients schedule appliance interiors quarterly.
We load a dishwasher, wipe down a sink and make beds with linens you leave out, and we can handle laundry as a scheduled add-on. What we do not do is put away personal items whose place we would be guessing at, unless you have asked us to and shown us the system.
Interior glass, sills, blinds and reachable fixtures are standard on deep cleans and available as add-ons otherwise. Exterior second-story glass and anything requiring ladder work beyond a step stool is referred out to a specialist for safety and insurance reasons.
Yes, and most of our commercial work happens before 8:00 AM or after 6:00 PM. Nights, early mornings and weekends are all available. Alarm procedures, key control and after-hours contacts are documented in your service agreement before the first visit.
We can manage consumables as part of your monthly scope, or work from stock you provide. Clients who let us handle it typically prefer the single invoice and the fact that nobody on their staff has to notice the dispensers are empty.
Yes. Property managers are a large part of our move-out and recurring work, and we can run several units on one schedule with a single invoice and one point of contact. Access is coordinated through your office or a lockbox, and each unit gets its own written scope and completion photos.
We service clinics, salons, studios and similar spaces, using dedicated equipment and documented disinfection where the setting requires it. For regulated environments we will review your compliance requirements before quoting so the scope reflects them accurately.
Our standard kit is low-VOC and fragrance-optional, chosen per surface rather than one bottle for everything. If you have a product you prefer, a sensitivity, or a sealed stone or specialty floor with manufacturer requirements, tell us and we will build it into your notes permanently.
Yes, because we match chemistry to the material. Natural stone gets pH-neutral products only, sealed hardwood is cleaned with minimal moisture, and luxury vinyl avoids the oil-based conditioners that leave a film. Acidic descalers stay in the bathroom and nowhere near stone.
They are two separate steps and both matter. Cleaning removes soil and lowers the number of microorganisms on a surface; disinfecting kills what remains, and it only works on a surface that has already been cleaned and kept wet for the product's full dwell time. We disinfect high-touch points as a distinct pass rather than pretending one wipe does both.
Every technician is directly employed, background-checked before entering a client property, and trained on our checklists, chemistry and equipment before working unsupervised. Training is repeated when we add a product or a service line.
Yes. We carry general liability coverage and maintain the licensing required to operate in California, and we are happy to send documentation before your first visit. Any company that hesitates when asked this question is telling you something important.
You tell us, we document it, and we make it right through repair, replacement or our insurance depending on the item. It is rare, and the reason we carry coverage is precisely so an accident is an inconvenience rather than an argument.
Any line item on your checklist that was missed or finished below standard. Contact us within 48 hours and we return to correct it at no charge, at the earliest window that works for you. It does not cover work that was never in the scope, which is why we put the scope in writing first.
Send a message or tell the crew directly — both reach us the same day. Feedback becomes a permanent note on your property file, so a preference only has to be mentioned once. We would much rather hear a small correction now than lose a client quietly in three months.
If a company cannot tell you exactly which surfaces are included, the quote cannot be compared to anyone else's and disputes become inevitable.
Ask for a certificate, not a claim. Coverage protects you if a fixture breaks or a technician is injured in your home.
Employees are screened, trained and accountable. Subcontracted labor booked through an app is none of those things by default.
