Occupancy-Ready Condition
Owners and tenants judge a build by what they touch first. We remove every sticker, smudge, and dust line so the space reads as complete.
Construction dust travels everywhere and settles twice. We clear it in phases so your finished project photographs and hands over the way it was designed.

When the last subcontractor packs up, a remodel is structurally complete but nowhere near ready for people. Drywall dust has settled inside cabinet boxes, compound has dried on window frames, labels still cling to appliances, and a gray film coats every horizontal surface. Prime Clean Solutions handles that final stretch for builders, contractors, and homeowners in San Pablo, Richmond, and El Cerrito.
Construction cleanup is a different discipline from housekeeping. The soils are abrasive, they hide where routine cleaning never reaches, and they reappear for days if the first pass runs in the wrong order. Our crews work top-down and dry-to-wet, pulling dust out with HEPA filtration instead of pushing it around with rags.
Drywall and mortar dust is fine and electrostatically clingy. It rides HVAC airflow into return vents, wedges around recessed lighting, and packs into the tracks of new sliding doors. Silica-bearing dust from cut tile and concrete carries a real respiratory concern, which is why we use rated respirators and vacuum extraction rather than dry sweeping.
We scale the work to your phase. Some clients want a rough clean after drywall so finish trades work in a cleaner envelope; others book one final clean before the walkthrough, plus a touch-up after punch-list repairs. Our deep cleaning service can cover untouched rooms in the same visit.
Our team has served West County for more than six years, with 100-plus completed projects, a five-star rating, and background-checked technicians on every crew. If a completion date is on your calendar, tell us the timeline and we will schedule backward from it.
A disciplined cleanup protects your finishes, your schedule, and the impression the project makes on day one.

HEPA vacuums pull particulate out of the building rather than stirring it into the air. That means no callbacks about dust reappearing a week after move-in.
Fresh paint, stone, and factory-finished flooring each have narrow tolerances. Technicians match products and tools to the material so nothing gets etched or scratched.
Inspectors and clients spot defects far more easily on clean surfaces. A thorough final clean shortens the walkthrough and cuts flagged items.
Vent covers, filter housings, and fixtures hold dust that recirculates when the system runs. Cleaning those points gives the household a cleaner first week.
We work evenings, early mornings, and Saturdays to slot between subcontractors. On tight projects in Pinole and Hercules, that keeps finish schedules from slipping.
We walk the property with you or your superintendent, note the trades still to come, and flag sensitive materials such as unsealed stone. That sets crew size, products, and the number of visits.
Before detail work begins, we clear leftover material, packaging, and bulk dust. Handling heavy soil first protects finished surfaces and gives the crew room to work safely.
Working from ceilings and fixtures down through walls, trim, and floors, we vacuum rather than dust-wipe wherever possible. Nothing removed above gets redeposited on a surface already finished.
This pass separates a rinse from a real clean: adhesive removal, glass polishing, cabinet interiors, and grout haze. Each surface type gets dedicated microfiber and an appropriate solution.
We inspect the space in daylight with you and correct anything flagged on the spot. If repairs continue afterward, we schedule a short return visit for the handover date.
Health exposure comes first. Cutting tile, concrete board, and masonry releases respirable crystalline silica, and the residue goes airborne again every time it is disturbed. A shop vacuum without true HEPA filtration exhausts that particulate straight back into the room. Our technicians wear rated respiratory and eye protection and vacuum with sealed HEPA units, so dust leaves the building instead of circulating through it.
Then there is the cost of a mistake on new materials. Ammonia cleaner clouds coated windows, acidic descalers etch marble, abrasive pads dull brushed nickel, and standing water lifts a seam on engineered flooring. Warranty language is often specific about acceptable agents, and one wrong product can void coverage on an expensive install.
Reach is the quiet hazard. High windows, stairwell walls, and ceiling fixtures are where cleanup injuries happen and where self-performed cleans stop short. Being licensed and insured protects the property owner as much as our crew.
Consistency protects reputation. Contractors in San Pablo and Richmond who hand over a genuinely clean project face fewer punch-list disputes, because clients cannot separate the framing from the counters on possession day. Our full range of services covers the property once the build is done.
Ideally after every trade has finished cutting, sanding, and painting, and before furniture is staged. If painters or flooring crews are still scheduled, we suggest a rough clean now and a final clean once they are out. Booking the final pass a day or two before the client walkthrough leaves a buffer for repairs.
A single remodeled kitchen or bathroom usually takes four to six hours with a small crew. A whole-house final clean on a 2,000-square-foot home runs about a day, and multi-unit projects are staged across two or three. Dust load matters more than square footage, so we estimate after the walkthrough.
We remove packaging, protective film, small offcuts, and general jobsite trash, then bag and stage it wherever you direct. Demolition material, cabinetry, tile rubble, and full dumpster volumes belong to a disposal contractor. Tell us during the site review what will still be there and we will define the boundary clearly.
Yes, and on active projects it is often the only practical option. We clean completed zones while work continues elsewhere, or come after hours and on Saturdays. Our hours are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Sunday by appointment.
No. We choose eco-conscious, pH-appropriate solutions for the material in front of us and test in an inconspicuous spot when a surface is unfamiliar. Fresh paint gets gentle handling because film strength develops over weeks, and stone is cleaned with neutral products only. Share your installer's care instructions and we follow them.
Almost always because the HVAC system was never addressed. Fine dust settles inside ductwork, registers, and the air handler, then blows back out when the system cycles. Recessed light cans and the tops of tall cabinets are other reservoirs. We clean accessible vent components and recommend fresh filters.
We cover San Pablo, Richmond, El Cerrito, Pinole, Hercules, El Sobrante, Berkeley, and Albany. Builders working across several of those cities get one point of contact and the same standard everywhere. Call (510) 422-2178 or email info@primecleansolutions.online with your project list.
